When we think of addictions we usually think of something negative.We tend to think of things like drug addiction,sex addicts food addictions and allsorts of negative habits.Well Im here to tell you that this term,this habit(if you will) works both ways. Reason being is you can have good healthy and productive habits just as well as you can have the negative and bad destructive habits.Some things are not bad but its our addictions with them that makes it so.Such things as necessaties like food.We need food to survive .Then youve got sex.This is for the procreation of the human species and what about modern conveniences like the computer and the smart phones.Now that we have these modern devices of communication,we dont dare think of living without them.Besides,we are used to these thingsWe are trully fortunate to have them and should be aware of the ballance factor.Yes we must indulge and use these gifts responsably. If not ,it may become our worst night mare.For instance.Take sex if you will.Without the proper use you often have teen pregnancies,single parenting,higher dropout rates and even (STD’s)like aid’s, herpe’s,and a host of others.If that still is not enough , take the computer.With all the great things you can do with a computer .Well if you become so addicted that you start spending all your time on it.You may began neglecting other things.Things like your health,apointments and believe it or not but relationships can even began to suffer.So readers todays message is “Be resposable with whatever you do and don’t forget to include ballance in whatever you do.Till the next time .Peace. -Everette-
