When we think of addictions we usually think of something negative.We tend to think of things like drug addiction,sex addicts food addictions and allsorts of negative habits.Well Im here to tell you that this term,this habit(if you will) works both ways. Reason being is you can have good healthy and productive habits just as well as you can have the negative and bad destructive habits.Some things are not bad but its our addictions with them that makes it so.Such things as necessaties like food.We need food to survive .Then youve got sex.This is for the procreation of the human species and what about modern conveniences like the computer and the smart phones.Now that we have these modern devices of communication,we dont dare think of living without them.Besides,we are used to these thingsWe are trully fortunate to have them and should be aware of the ballance factor.Yes we must indulge and use these gifts responsably. If not ,it may become our worst night mare.For instance.Take sex if you will.Without the proper use you often have teen pregnancies,single parenting,higher dropout rates and even (STD’s)like aid’s, herpe’s,and a host of others.If that still is not enough , take the computer.With all the great things you can do with a computer .Well if you become so addicted that you start spending all your time on it.You may began neglecting other things.Things like your health,apointments and believe it or not but relationships can even began to suffer.So readers todays message is “Be resposable with whatever you do and don’t forget to include ballance in whatever you do.Till the next time .Peace. -Everette-
Thats good advice people.Work is a must but its not ment for you to kill yourself.If we pay atention , its in our very make up.We wake and do what we must but eventually we will fall asleep.You can fight it and fight against it and guess what ? You will fall asleep.Thats just the way we are made.So take some time off for you.Rest up and give yourself time to rejuvinate.You’ll find that you are more refreshed,alert,stronger and in many cases your even stronger. Guys , you probally will make better decisions and the list just goes on and on.If I list them it would take all day.One more tip before I go.Make a dailly to do list and really focus on getting these things done.I know I said one more thing before I go.Maybe thats a little bit more but its becaus I want the best for you.Besides ,if you focus it tends to use less energy.Less energy may leave you better off. so lets give it a try.I think you’ll find yourself in totall agreement with me.Till the next time. Hey guys.Welcome to another post on blog:BrogdenMedia.It is so cold outside that youcan actually freez.So be carfull and make sure you wrap up tight and dress warm.When I looked outside this morning all I saw was white everywhere.I had no idea it snowed last night..It was’nt to deep but it did snow none the less.While looking out of the window I begain to stir and day dream.It took me back a spell.Remember when you were a child looking out the window at the snow and being almost in a trans like state? Well I was like that.Than I started thinking “each and every snowflake is unique in itself”. In other words no two snow flakes are the same.Is’nt that something? We as humans are even more unique.Granted we have things like twins,triplets and so on but even so you still have a differance with them.So my point people is this.You are intelligent and you are unique.With that being said .Do and acomplish what you will and know that the sky is the limit.Peace. -Everette-
Hey readers .Welcome to another edition/post of BrogdenMedia.Todays subject is good old fashion credit.That plastic thats easier for us to spend than money(aint that something?).In the event that you are wondering why credit cards are so plentifull or so easy to get .Well its real simple .You see The financial institutions of the world amass untold fortunes with our use of credit.The wierd thing is ,when you examin the process.We as the consumers are really spending cash that we dont have yet.That is, we buying things with the promise of paying later.Pretty cool huh? OK . Maybe so but that convenience come with a price.Yep. Better believe it. It not fre people and when we start paying our credit bill the intrest can be sometimesas high as 25 dollars.Oh yes, and I ask you were is the love in that? Than if thats not enough check this out. This intrest that you pay can be compounded ,putting you further in debt.Its not all gloom and doom.You see readers I learned that you have to go about using credit wisly if you are going to use it or dont use it at all.The best way I’ve learned to use credit is to forget about making purchesses that have no increasing monitary value.I will only buy investments. After that usually you have 30 days or some grace period before payments start.In some cases you can have this time period extended. Before the grace period is up its in your best interest to pay off the debt in full.In the event that you can’t pay the whole debt.Pay as much as you can .The sooner you pay off the complete debt the less you will pay in intrest payments and this will also give you a good credit score.So readers take my advice and have a plan for succes when using credit.All the best -BrogdenMedia-
Hi readers and welcome toTax season 2013. Yes its that time of year again.Oh well,hope your ready. Don’t forget to get all your paper work together (ssi cards ,tax info,pay stubs) and if you have any deductions you are going to need to provide documentation for that.I guess what I am saying people is”Make sure you’ve got you’r papers and what not in order”Now I know that everyone does’nt file the same.Some people opt for filing every two years and even longer. There is a limit thoe.So don’t go to long without filing, or you may be penilized.In my opinion it might be in your best intrest to file yearly.Oh!
